- What study habit (3rd video – Study Habits) would you like to practice automatically rather than exerting willpower? Applying the four steps mentioned in the video, discuss how you might accomplish this.
- Apply the concept(s) from #1. Describe a specific example of how you could apply advice from the video to add the habit you chose or improve your current strategies and habits.
- Choose a specific study skill/study habit/strategy you use (e.g. note-taking, textbook reading, exam preparation, your essay writing process) that could use improvement. Describe why you think it is an area in need of attention and explain what steps you could take to develop and/or enhance the skill/habit (hint – review pages 202-223 for ideas).

From the menu on the left, choose Skills for Success In College. Below that home page there are six specific study skills menu options. Select and watch a video related to the strategy you described in #3 that could help you acquire or improve upon that specific study skill/study habit/strategy. Share the name of the video, summarize the most useful details and explain how you would implement them to learn more effectively and improve your performance.
