Develop a guest service training plan
You and your team are the owners of your own small Restaurant. In your groups, develop a guest service training plan that you could implement as part of your hiring and training process for new employees. Your plan must include: 1 – Your Restaurant’s service statement. 2 – Why is service quality important to your organization? 3 – Examples of what a great customer experience looks like in your restaurant and how your new hires can create memorable moments to your guests (be creative – you can create your own videos). Give at least 2 examples. 4 – What training methods will you use to deliver this training? Explain the details of how it will look like.
