Develop or improve a plan to increase workplace inclusivity

This assignment is intended to provide an opportunity for students to act as a consultant for a healthcare organization seeking to develop or improve a plan to increase workplace inclusivity by applying readings and theory about approaches to creating an inclusive environment. Students will identify a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Report from a hospital of their choosing (examples provided in Canvas) and assess it by comparing its tactics to those proposed in theoretical readings: where does it align? Where does it fall short? What are additional opportunities to create an inclusive workplace? How does it align to the public health leadership competencies?
