A unethical leader

Hello Tutor! how are you  I would like some help i am doing a paper and I have to find a unethical leader and please I am not looking to discuss hitler any other unethical leader.  I need help with the following

1. Introduction

2. Brief History

3. What were the leadership strengths? Explain and provide supporting examples?

4. What was the leadership style? Explain and provide supporting examples?

5. How would you identify there DISC profile?  Where would you put them explain? Explain and provide supporting examples?

6. Identify there unethical actions? and the events that included they were unethical? explain why they are unethical?

7. Why they were unethical?

8. Explain how they failed or succeeded?

9. Conclusion As we research leaders in history, we learn that many were successful due to their ability to empower and serve their people.  However, there is also a flip side where the leader acted unethically to get ahead and didn’t necessarily lead their people in the most respectful way.  It is important to remember that success doesn’t necessarily mean the leader acted ethically (e.g., Hitler).

Required:

With your teammates, you are required to write  a paper reflecting an Unethical Leader.

Historical Leadership Failure (e.g., Enron, Time Warner/AOL, Hitler, etc), that was related to Ethical/Unethical Behavior.  Remember, their actions can speak loudly.  Please be sure to avoid any current political figures, including those within the past 20 years.  There are plenty of good organizational examples you can find.  Please see the professor if you have issues in identifying a leader.  Here are some tips on where to start:

  • Identify the situation and give a brief history so that the reader understands some history behind the person in the leadership position..  I suggest getting historical information on the leader (i.e., childhood, parents, friends, etc.
  • Describe their “leadership style” in their efforts to create or do something great.
  • Identify their leadership strengths (qualities)
  • Do  a solid paper that provides your reader with enough evidence as to why this person was unethical in their actions/dealings. What events took place to lead you to believe they were unethical?

Paper format:

  •  Page
    • Paper Title
    • Creative, descriptive sub-title that hooks the reader and peaks interest.
    • Include the name of the team and team members

Write in professional block format (no ALA or  format required) and number each of the following sections:

  1. Introduction
  2. Brief History  (Who are they, their company, what was their job, childhood, parents, friends, how they came to be, what happened)
  3. What were their Leadership Strengths? Explain and provide supporting examples.
  4. What was their Leadership Style? Explain and provide supporting examples.
  5. How would you identify their DISC profile?  Where would you put them? Explain and provide supporting examples.
  6. Identify their unethical actions and the events that concluded they were unethical. Explain why they were unethical.
  7. Explain how they failed or succeeded.
  8. Conclusion

Please Note:

  • Up to five  pages maximum (does not include the cover page)
  • Your job is to inform the reader of the leader’s unethical behavior and give the reader an idea of how the leader was successful.
  • This is a GROUP PROJECT
  • Due Date: end of Week 6
  • 3-5 persons per team
