What do you do when an article does not have an abstract

If I do not see an abstract, I usually skim the article and then fully read the conclusion. Just by reading the abstract I will know to decide if the article is something thats going to benefit me or if its not relevant to my topic. What do you do when an article does not have an abstract, do you continue to read or which section pulls your attention next?
