Design an opening presentation for the training session

Read through Southwood School: A Case Study in Training and Development in full.  Review the appraisee’s training session and the manager’s training session. Review the feedback from previous sessions. Use this feedback to develop new training sessions. . Please include the following information as you develop each of the training sessions:

  • Design an opening presentation for the training session which includes session goals and objectives.
  • Explain who will deliver the training.
  • Provide the length of each session.
  • State what key information will be covered in each session.
  • Explain the activities that are used in the sessions and how you will allocate time for each session.
  • Design an evaluation form that could be completed by participants at the end of the training program
