Personal Application of Media and Information Literacy

Personal Application of Media and Information Literacy (MIL), Practical Research, and Science and Technology on the 2022 Philippine National Election as a student. Media literacy training increases the individuals’ doubt about the media content (23). After all, existence of the individuals with high media literacy leads to increase in the media quality because such individuals require more realistic messages of higher quality.

Media and information literacy provides the backbone to understanding media and the role of media in our society. MIL also provides some of the essential skills necessary for critical thinking, analysis, self-expression and creativity – all necessary skills for citizens in a democratic society.
