Greg requested some Dexedrine for Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. He told the Physician that he had been on Dexedrine since age 5 or 6 but had been off it about a year ago and wanted to get back to it. He added that Dexedrine helps. He denied any side effects of the medication.

Greg reports poor concentration, poor focusing, getting distracted, and forgetting things. He added that he has been feeling hyper all the time and that he cannot sit still.

He reports that the symptoms get worse after stopping taking his medication. Also, he believes it affects his grades in the University.
