What was your attitude toward the police when you were a teenager?

What was your attitude toward the police when you were a teenager? Some of you may still be teenagers now. For others, it may have been a few years ago. For people my age, its been decades. What was your attitude based upon? Did you have any particular positive or negative experiences with the police? Did other people affect or influence your attitude? If so, whom? Give it some thought. It could be parents, siblings, friends or other people in your community or perhaps in the media or entertainment industries. Finally, do you still have the same opinion today? Why or ‘ why not?
