Use this business model canvas template and create a table with four columns. Column 1 will contain the various headings in the business model canvas (such as Key Partners, Key Acvities, Value Proposition etc.). Columns 2, 3 and 4 will contain three alternative business model options.  Using the table evaluate the three alternative business models

.  Then, evaluate the pros/cons of each of the three options based on business model canvas item. Finally, make a recommendation (one of the business models) with a clear rationale.
