Please use Canadian BC Insurance Law. Homer Simpson has a 4-wheel truck with a snow plow on it. He starts up a business called Mr. Plow. The first day that it snows in Vancouver, he goes out and starts plowing snow from the streets. While he is plowing, the snowplow comes off of the truck and hits a parked car. Is Homer covered?
