How would a Gestalt psychologist describe the process of solving a ‘Tower of London’ problem? And, how would a psychologist using the information processing approach describe the same process?

please give me the correct answer with explanation. Also give me the conclusion as it is mandatory.

How does Gestalt psychology work?
It’s a form of therapy that focuses on the present moment rather than past experiences. Gestalt therapy is based on the idea that people are influenced by their present environment. Each individual works to achieve personal growth and balance. Gestalt therapy focuses on the use of empathy and unconditional acceptance.
What is the method of study used by Gestalt psychologists?
Gestalt studies made use instead of phenomenology. This method, with a tradition going back to Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, involves nothing more than the description of direct psychological experience, with no restrictions on what is permissible in the description.

Describe the intersecting, multi-level roles (micro, mezzo, and macro) of a policy practitioner centered around analyzing social problems, developing policy change solutions and strategies, formulating and implementing policies and related programs, and evaluating the impact of policies and programs.

What are the 3 levels of practice in social work?
Social workers perform their roles and responsibilities within three interrelated levels of practice: micro, mezzo, and macro. These systems of practice use different methodologies to provide services to diverse populations, but they all operate within the Person-in-Environment (PIE) Theory.
What is the difference between the micro and mezzo level of social work?
Micro social work effects change on an individual basis and involves working closely with clients to support them through their challenges. Mezzo social work seeks to improve small communities through initiatives such as school-based education programs and local health services.

Explain one of the two versions of Kant’s categorical imperative and explain how applies it to the following maxims to show that they cannot be one of the universal moral laws.

Armando is conducting a. study for his PSY—SO Research Methods class. He is curious as to wheth— er watching romantic movies makes people more committed to their romantic relationship.

He collects a sample of men in dating relationships and divides them into two groups. One group watches a 5—minute clip of a movie in which the main characters are having a romantic first date.

The sec-0nd group watches a 5—minute clip from the same movie in which the main characters break up. After the participants watch the movie clip, they are then asked to write a sentence about their relationship.

Armando counts the number of uses of the words we and us as a measure of commitment. After conducting the study, he finds that there is not a statistically significant differ— ence between his two groups.

1. A member of Armando’s lab group suggests that the null effect may be due to insufficient between-group variance.

Describe two ways that Armando’s study may have had poor between— group variance and suggest how he could improve his study.

Counterbalance altering design when implementing two different treatments

Can you tell me how to counterbalance altering design when…

Can you tell me how to counterbalance altering design when implementing two different treatments to address  order, sequence, time of day, or other plausible order effects that could explain the results?

How does counterbalancing control order effects?

Counterbalancing does not eliminate order or sequence effects, but it distributes them evenly across all experimental conditions so that their influence is “balanced” and does not confound the main effects due to the independent variables.
Random assignment to conditions in between-subjects experiments or counterbalancing of orders of conditions in within-subjects experiments is a fundamental element of experimental research.
The purpose of these techniques is to control extraneous variables so that they do not become confounding variables.
