What is the main criticism levelled against the construction of the Mississauga Chinese Centre?

The Chinese people are not in favour of the structure and design of the Centre because it is too small and it does not display Chinese languages and ceremonial Chinese colour which is red.
It failed to capture the essence of Chinese new year traditions and the satanic symbols has created divisions among different factions in the Chinese community.
Too much money was spent in developing an elaborate archway and the money could have been used to help poor Chinese immigrants in the area.
The developer built an elaborate Chinese Archway that helped it to obtain tourist destination status from the City of Toronto but did not resonate culturally with Chinese entrepreneurs and was not based on the needs of the community.
