Rank the three scenarios provided in order of priority related to which client you will assess first, second and third- Defend your selection for the three ranked scenarios. #1EH 40yo Female- She is having active pain and vomiting, probably severely dehydrated, and her electrolytes are probably all out of whack from 36 hours of vomiting- this could be causing her PVCs. #2 BW 21yo Male- finding infiltrates in the lower left lung could indicate he has pneumonia . This is probably his source of infection causing his high temperature. Now that he is admitted they will have to find the right antibiotic to put him on to get rid of this infection. #3 JR. 55yo Male- his troponins are normal, and 12 lead is showing previous MI damage. He should be kept for observation but isn’t top priority compared to other 2 Cases.
