#2 – A 65-year-old female fell on the ice and sustained an intertrochanteric fracture. She received an ORIF (compression hip).

1. Oximetry protocol with O2 PRN
2. Incentive spirometer q 1 hours while awake
3. Diet as tolerated
4. CBC and Electrolytes in morning
