  • Create a fictitious objective for each of the 5 strategies (the marketing mix  (4 Ps) + Targeting) discussed in the lecture for a firm.
  • Remember an objective is measurable and therefore must have a metric (e.g., an amount or a time deadline or both)…something to measure success or failure.
    • USE SMART: specific; measurable; achievable: relevant; time-bound
  • For example:  Decrease mobile app crashes by 15% in the first quarter.
