- Remember an objective is measurable and therefore must have a metric (e.g., an amount or a time deadline or both)…something to measure success or failure.
- USE SMART: specific; measurable; achievable: relevant; time-bound
- For example: Decrease mobile app crashes by 15% in the first quarter.
