In your essay, you need to provide an in-depth explanation of the broad range of factors which led to the creation of the NHS and the post war consensus, with evidence from a wide range of sources. You will have explained the significance of social justice concerns, the need for a healthy workforce and the impact of war as a catalyst for change.
