Data privacy act

I have accidentally uploaded files that contain other persons details rather than my own and I have been asked to remove them as a matter of urgency. This files were uploaded once when I dragged other documents onto uploading section.
Please delete them. Below ate the links of the documents and also I have attached screenshots of the documents.
Please action this as a matter of urgency as this document has personal, private information of my colleagues (and explain why, listing out the information).

I cannot upload this document because of the data privacy act, and my school’s honour code policy.
