Ethical decision making at the macro level
Many of our readings throughout this course focus on ethical decision making at the macro level – big questions that corporations, CEOs, and governments have to consider. But each day, all of us confront ethical dilemmas at the micro level as well as we have to make decisions about how to act in our places of work. For this discussion, I would like you to describe an ethical dilemma you faced in your work (whatever that work might be). For your initial post, describe the dilemma, how you thought it through, and how you reached a decision. Feel free to change details if necessary; I’m not trying to pry! Don’t forget to also respond to at least two other posts.
