What setting will be used? What issues should be addressed? Should noninstructional issues be included? What positive/negative outcomes can be anticipated? What are the expected costs? Are prerequisites adequate?
Step 6: Formulating a study design
What research design will you use? Surveys? Trial runs or rehearsals? Interviews?
Step 7: Formulating a management plan to guide the study
What is a list of tasks to be performed? (Note that this is in reference to the evaluation plan.) What should the final report contain and who should receive it?
