Developing a marketing and communications plan

In developing a marketing and communications plan for a low-brand

coffee shop.  This shop would like to start selling a bagged version of its ground coffee at a local grocery store in the ground coffee isle of the store.

How would I go about having to create 2 proprietary trade promo ideas to implement at a grocery store to generate attention, possible samples/trials, and promote the purchases of those new coffee bags?  And how exactly would I know a proper estimate cost for each of these implementation proposals?

An example would be amazing for I feel the trade promo ideas aren’t as simple of a process as I might’ve thought.
