1. In this task you will write an essay on the stages of human development. To complete this activity, read the learning resources for the module and follow the instructions below when writing your paper:

2. Select one of the stage of human development:

• Childhood
• Adolescence

3. Then, according to the stage of development, select a theory that works with it.

4. Write an essay taking into account the following structure:

• Introduction: Describe the central idea, its importance and the purpose of the essay.
• Development: To complete this section, you must present the following: Explain the most important foundations of the selected theory.
• Describe the stage of human development in light of the selected theory.
• Conclusion: Conclude your essay by reflecting on how theories of human development have contributed to the understanding of people through their various life cycles.
• How will this knowledge contribute to the moment of exercising your profession?
• References: You must include academic references in your writing.

5. Your writing must be original and of your authorship in which you make correct use of spelling and grammatical syntax.

6. Extension: three (3) double-spaced pages (2.0), Times New Roman font, size 12.
