The Division of class and economic

Please discuss the division of class and economics and how this division plays out in the criminal justice. Is it true the more money you have the more likely you can avoid prosecution for crimes committed. Also take into account recent court cases were convictions were received for the following individuals:  Bill Cosby (recently released from prison) and Harvey Weinstein (facing possible new sexual assault charges in California).

Both privileged. Both wealthy men. One male is black and the other is white. What turned the tide in these individual cases which lead to their prosecution and conviction.
