A good empirical research question for a political science

I am struggling to come up with a good empirical research question for a political science class. I have no formal training in statistics. What is a good political science question that would be supported by datasets readily available? I have only 1 month to draft this paper once I turn in my proposal and am on a full 12 hour schedule. Any ideas would be so appreciated! I am probably overthinking all of this but I am burned out and could use some recommendations.
