Much of the world moved to remote working with the advent of COVID-19. Research what is expected to happen (and is happening) as the pandemic lessens and workers are now able to go back to the office.  What is happening?  Are there certain industries or types of industries where employees seem more willing to go back to the office?   Which ones?  Are businesses that traditionally were very 9-5 office oriented now coming back more flexible?  How is or will employee motivation and morale be impacted?  What are the legal aspects of requiring an employee to come into the office after having worked successfully remotely for over a year?
