A new employee performance program
Imagine you were recently hired as the HR Manager for a new marketing firm. The company is slated to employ 25 individuals. You have been tasked to propose a new employee performance program and the first step is determining the performance appraisal best suited for the employees of the firm .
The Marketing Director oversees a creative suite comprised of three teams which are lead by a Marketing Manager. Each manager’s direct reports include a copy writer, a junior copy editor, web designers, graphic designers, and a research assistant.
You have been asked to share your proposal at the next leadership meeting. In preparation for the meeting, answer the following questions.
