Please define federalism. What are the four forms of federalism discussed in the textbook? Please rank these four forms of federalism first, second, third, and fourth based on how important they are to you. Please discuss why the form of federalism that you ranked first is the most important one to you. Should states be allowed to legalize marijuana for medical and/or recreational use? Why or why not?
