How to formulate a nursing assessment and diagnosis for a client that said his brother is better than in sports and academics and fainted one day while getting ready for a game? Taken to ER where Docter observed that he was running a slight fever, his breathing was shallow, he was sweating, and sleepy, and his blood pressure was high. He has some abnormal lab work which doesn’t bother the doctor as much. The client also stated that he felt achy.
