What organizational guidelines/standards are in place at northwell health to improve the health of the vulnerable population it serves?

Does northwell health’s policies enhance or detract from the quality of services it provides?

Patients have called in to the medical office and left messages with you to convey to their providers.  Compose electronic phone messages on the following patients. It should be a professionally composed message for each patient call.  add any additional information needed to ensure that the patient will be followed up with by the clinical staff. Be sure to follow HIPAA

  • William Jones – Has a migraine and would like to be seen as soon as possible. Date of Birth 07-04-1962
  • Tracy Garcia – Looking for a new doctor for constant pain in her shoulder. Date of Birth 11-12-1974
