Indicate the instructional methods

Choose a training program you have taken that you really liked and one that you did not like.

For each one, indicate the instructional methods that were used (see Table 5.1. of textbook, see slide 7 of this weeks PPT deck) and how they were used.  What effect did the methods have on your satisfaction with the program and your learning?  What methods might have improved your satisfaction and learning?
