Indonesia’s economic development under the Suharto new Order in the 1960s that shows critical thinking. How do I apply the modernization theory (by Lipset/ Rostow/ Huntington)

In the meantime, I have written the below but have not entirely link it to the theorists’ ideas.

“In 1968, under the Suharto New Order, Indonesia accepted funding from the World Bank, whose president at the time, Robert McNamara, had a keen interest in Indonesia. What began as an irrigation and rehabilitation project swiftly developed into a cooperation that forever altered the landscape of the agriculture industry. Over the following 31 years, economic growth would positively impact the transportation industry, then electricity, telecommunication, and finally education—the primary force required to improve a society and economy (World Bank, 2018).”
