When exploring industry inequities and organizational values. Select an organization or professional association within or related to the military. This should be an actual organization or association and not a fictional one. Once selected, answer the following questions: Do the values of the professional association or organization reflectthe inequities in the associated field?
How are inequities in the field showing up in the mission/value statement of the organization? Does the organization act on its values? What does that action look like? If you don’t find addressing inequities as a value in the professional association/organization’s mission statement, value statement, or activities, why do you think that is?
