The significance of Information and Communications Technology and Information and Communications Technology skills will be contextualized in the following point, both in the job market and in education. Continuing with the methodology used and the analysis of the results in two specific areas: determining the degree of domain of these ICT competencies by the students of said Faculty and the importance they place on their acquisition for future professional performance, and determining if there is any link between this domain and the given to it. Finally, the research concludes with an assessment of the achieved level and some suggestions for advancing the area of such competencies.
