Information sharing

Information sharing is a coordination effort requires complex decision-making. If may help all of us identify threats better, but it could point to our weaknesses as well. Let’s say you are the Emergency Manager for a private water company. You just conducted a major exercise with a simulated terrorist attack.

During the exercise you identified a few key locations, which if taken out by a terrorist threat, would shut down your entire system for days. What would be the pros and cons of sharing this information with a government agency during an emergency event?
