Research the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

When you have identified a specific strategic initiative, include the following :

  1. Name of the organization:
  2. Location:
  3. Brief Description of the organization
  4. Mission Statement for the organization (exactly as stated by the organization):
  5. Vision of the organization (exactly as stated by the organization):
  6. Values of the organization (as stated by the organization or as implied by your research):
  7. Brief description of the selected strategic initiative:
  8. An explanation of how the organization’s mission, vision, and values (stated in #4, #5 and #6) are supported by the strategic initiative that you identified in #7.
  9. An explanation of the types of tasks that might be performed by a financial manager assigned to the strategic initiative that you selected in #6.
