Jiimny Carter is the only American President

Between 1968 and 2016, Jiimny Carter is the only American President who never encountered the situation of Divided Government during his years in office. He created a national energy policy that included conservation, price control, and new technology. Carter pursued the Camp David Accords, the Panama Canal Treaties, and the second round of Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT II).
