Find two job ads for an HR practitioner (e.g. HR Administrator, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Analyst, etc.) that focus on two different industries.
- Outline how the job ads present an attractive corporate image that will motivate candidates to apply. Explain whether you believe the companies have effectively presented the benefits of working at their company.
- Compare the required competencies in each job advertisement and highlight the differences between the jobs related to competencies and the requirements (if any) based on the industry.
- What recruitment method/strategies would you use to recruit for these roles? Explain why you are recommending these methods/strategies and cite the advantages and disadvantages of your selected methods/strategies.
- Outline if, or how, your recruitment methods/strategies would be different based on the industry.
- Include copies of the two job ads in your submission.
