The legal consideration for public relation

The legal consideration for public relation i select is the first amendment protection laws. Its basically all about freedom of speech. Where its your right to speak up when you feel like you have been wrong. Especially when you have a bad issue. You have to speak up. So it wouldn’t happen to nobody else.

The first amendment protection laws is all about these 5 most important things you have to protect which basically is your speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government. I remember watching a movie called The Hate You Give.

Where a cop killed an unarmed blacked guy because he thought that the guy had a gun but in reality he just had a hairbrush. The guy and his friend girl was hanging/driving out in a car. They got pulled over by a corrupt cop. Instead of shooting the unarmed victim. He could have asked whats in your hand sir? Politely? Anyways The girl was a witness to the case but the cops didn’t want her to speak up and tried to revoke her freedom of speech because he didn’t want to get in trouble. I believe instead of waiting along time to speak up. She should have told the next follow day on the news. It’s your right to speak up and let your voice be heard.
