Limits for the legislators

For this level there are strict term limits for the legislators. At this level of government, the chief executive may serve for life. Currently, a Republican is the chief executive for this level. At this level, Supreme Court judges have the power of judicial review. For this level of government, the chief executive and assistant chief executive are officially chosen by a body known as the Electoral College.
