Macro and micro work design challenges and opportunities
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, international cruising enjoyed a fast-growing market. The pandemic resulted in world-wide operating bans. As Governments negate the bans, international cruise operators have an industry wide ‘start-up’ recruitment, selection and retention endeavour. With these opportunities and challenges in mind:
