Maintaining professional conduct

Dear tutor, I need your help to realize something about Maintaining professional conduct. I am a newbie nurse in the ER, and senior nurses often bullied me. What should professional standards of practice be demonstrated by management/nursing supervisor in the emergency room setting to help maintain professional conduct and get rid of bullying in working place?
