I collected this data for 5 days and recorded how many ounces of water I drank each day.

1: 1200ml bottle which is approximately 40 ounces of water was consumed.

2: 1000ml bottle which is 34 ounces of water.

3: 40 ounces of water.

4: I took only 24 ounces of water.

5: 40 ounces of water.

For example, if you are measuring your total daily caloric intake, the American Dietetic Association would have health statistics you would need.
