2. In the next 2 years what do you predict will be your main barrier that could impact your mental health/wellness?
- Describe the barrier and how you would see it negatively impacting your overall health.
- Fully explain steps you could actively take and how that would help to minimize this barrier. Provide concrete examples to support your action plan.
- Use the internet to find a support system you could take advantage of to manage your mental health and stress (i.e. local psychologist, local yoga studio, local community center, etc.). For each support system that you find, include the location, the cost, and the basic details. (Create a chart and bring this visual to the interview).
