FLSA’s minimum wage and overtime provisions

Clara is a supervisor in charge of a fast-food restaurant.  She has six cooks, dishwashers, and waitresses under her supervision.  However, she, herself, often has to cook at the grill, load and run the dishwasher, and even occasionally wait on tables, during particularly busy times or when workers call in sick.  She is paid a weekly salary of $500.  Do you think she should be exempt from the FLSA’s minimum wage and overtime provisions? Explain your answer.
