Describe how and why Federalism is used in the United States. Begin with the various models and the evolution of Federalism in the US [for example dual or cooperative Federalism] and compare/contrast to Federalism today. Finally, what do you think about the Federal Government allowing certain states to legalize recreational marijuana, or should it ‘crackdown’ on these states? I do not want to know your personal opinion as to whether marijuana should/should not be legalized. I want you to discuss marijuana legalization as it relates to Federalism only. Again, cite your sources.
