Most plants stomata arrangement 

In most plants stomata arrangement  are found more often on the upper leaf surface than the lower more often on the lower leaf surface than the upper  in equal numbers on upper and lower leaf surfaces throughout the plant.

Stomata are cell structures in the epidermis of tree leaves and needles that are involved in the exchange of carbon dioxide and water between plants and the atmosphere.
