National Labor Relations Board

Please read the  Guidance for National Labor Relations Board Handbook Rules. Using that Guidance, list a comprehensive code of conduct for an employer that could be inserted into a handbook. Pick some of the rules and believe that you have a comprehensive list. What about employee theft, bringing a weapon to work, assault and battery between employees, etc. The Guidance will help and you should use what is a portion of the rules. But what I am looking for is a comprehensive list.
