Where might the National Police Service Commission be used independently in the organization? Would it be useful as a supplement to the employee satisfaction system?
2. I am not understanding this part of the post, as my understanding is that if the customer is dissatisfied, it will give a lower score: “To improve your sales, it’s critical to keep your customers pleased. As a result, if your sole goal is to improve your NPS, you may get fantastic results, however, your patients may be dissatisfied with you, resulting in financial consequences for your institution”. Also, in order to improve NPS scores, the hospital has to improve patients’ experiences. – Please explain
