Discuss the different regions of the brain and the behaviors/functions they may be responsible for. Give examples of drugs that clearly affect behavior. What neurotransmitters and brain areas do you think are involved in the drugs’ actions?  Discuss the benefits and limitations of the three brain-imaging techniques {MRL PET, and fMRI}. What does each of these techniques tell us about the brain structure and function? What can these techniques tell us about substance use disorders as defined by the DSM-V?
