Role of an objective third-party reviewer

After completing assigned self-assessments at the end of the Northouse chapters, you will apply what you have learned about yourself and about the assessment tools to a simulated situation. You will assume the role of an objective third-party reviewer and use the assessment results to determine if the candidate (you) should be recommended for an open position. See Allstate job description  Download See Allstate job description. You are expected to integrate feedback from a minimum of six of the self-assessment tools taken, including MLQ and ESCI, highlighting the characteristics that make the candidate (you) a good candidate for the position. If assessment results indicate the candidate is not a good fit for the position, you are to make that recommendation and support it with your reasons why. In either case, you should include a brief section on development opportunities that you recommend for the candidate (you).

Write the report as a third-party consultant. This is NOT a letter of recommendation; it is an objective evaluation of the candidate using assessment results and job requirements. No references are needed.
